The following requirements must be met in order to enroll at Plaza Heights Christian Academy Preschool:

• Children must be:
4 years old before August 1, 2008 for our Pre-K class

- or -

3 years old before August 1, 2008 for our Preschool class

• Children must be self-sufficient in the restroom.
• Current immunization record must be submitted PRIOR to admittance.
• A photocopy of the child’s State Certified Birth Certificate is required upon enrollment.
• Enrollment forms and emergency cards must be completed and turned in.
• Enrollment Fee must be paid.
• Tuition Management Fee must be paid (unless paying in full before the first day of school).
